Service Description

✧ What’s Included Comprehensive birth support from pregnancy to postpartum • 3 Prenatal Visits • Continuous Labor and Birth Support at your place of birth • 2 Postpartum Visits • Call and Text Support Throughout • Physical, Emotional, and Informational Support ✧ Prenatal Visits During each prenatal session, we’ll prepare your mind, body, and environment for birth. Topics may include: • Labor and birth education • Creating your birth plan • Movement and helpful labor positions • Coping techniques and comfort measures • Processing fears or past experiences • Planning for postpartum support ✧ Birth Support I’ll be on-call for you 24/7 starting two weeks before your estimated due date and up to two weeks after. When labor begins, I’ll join you to provide continuous support, including: • Rebozo techniques, massage, and counter pressure • Encouragement, affirmations, and partner guidance • Support with breathing, positioning, and staying nourished • Advocacy for your preferences and informed decision-making • Warm compresses and physical comfort during pushing • Assistance with baby’s first latch • Staying after birth to ensure you and your partner enjoy a nourishing meal ✧ Postpartum Visits Visit One: I’ll bring a nourishing, home-cooked meal and sit with you to talk through your birth experience and early postpartum questions. Visit Two: I’ll offer light household help and emotional support as you adjust to life with baby.
