Service Description

✧ Postpartum Support Package Gentle, in-home care to nurture and support your recovery • 1 Prenatal Visit • 8 Postpartum Visits (first 3 months, each lasting 3 hours) ✧ Prenatal Visit This visit is a chance to get to know each other, tour your home, and go over expectations for postpartum care. We’ll make a plan to ensure your space is ready for rest, bonding, and healing. ✧ First Postpartum Visit (Within 48 Hours of Birth) Includes a healing and nourishing care bundle: • Padsicles • Warm soup and bone broth • Easy, grab-and-go snacks for mama • Epsom salts for postpartum soaking ✧ Ongoing Postpartum Visits Each visit is tailored to your needs and may include: • Birth processing and emotional support • Household help: laundry, dishes, tidying • Meal prep and cleanup • Grocery shopping or errands • Help with older siblings • Newborn care and education • Womb massage or relaxing foot massage ✧ My Focus My priority is to care for you, so you can stay in bed, rest, and recover without stress.
